MUFFLE FURNACE
IEC make muffle furnace are widely finds its
applications in industries such as chemical, electrical,
electronics, plastics, automobile and food. These muffle furnace are

directions.
IEC make muffle furnace is Light weight with
ceramic wool insulation (instead of Brick insulation). The outer
casting is made of double walled thick PCRC sheet, duly painted with
attractive stove enamel. Heating elements are made of Kanthal A-1
wire and backed by high temperature cerwool insulation, which avoids
loss of energy. The temperature control unit consists of highly
accurate micro processor based PID & ON OFF Controller (timer
facilities available optional), fitted in front of the furnace with
two pilot lamps. The apparatus is complete with one thermocouple,
silver thermal fuse, and main lead with power plug. To work on
220/230Volts AC or 400/440 Volts AC.

Furnace.
Safety Interlock Features
? Thermal Fuse as a safety system is provided as an additional
safety feature.
? Dedicated Safety system to cut off the heating system and
chamber shut down in case of overshoot or undershoot of temperature
with audio visual alarm.
? Furnace are provided with safety cut offs and alarms at
centralised alert & security gate area.
? Electrical Safety fuses for short circuit protection.
